Address the Council... Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter, whether or not it appears on the agenda, may request to do so under the "Business from The Floor" portion of the agenda. Individuals are encouraged to complete a Request to Speak Form prior to the meeting. Forms are also available at the meeting. I would like to know when meetings are held... If you would like to be notified of meetings via email or US Post mail - please fill out and return the Request Notification of Open Meetings (pdf) form. Form also available at City Hall.
