Roeland Park Skate Park - A Huge Draw
Rain or shine the new skateboard park is filled to the brim with enthusiastic youth from Roeland Park and neighboring communities.  Not only has the new park created a much needed recreational outlet for the growing sport of skateboarding, the design and artwork have received national acclaim.

In the spring, the artist will select the placement for the bronze plaques that will dot the park.  This task will complete a labor of love for the many who have worked so tirelessly to make the park a reality.
