· Notice of Intent to Proceed signed with the County.

· Preliminary cost estimate with engineering $3.5 million

· Estimated County Reimbursement $2.3 Million

· Engineering contract signed with Larkin Group

· Survey work to begin shortly

· Estimated $3.1 Million of stormwater improvements.

· Estimated $2.4 Million of street improvements.

· Preliminary survey work completed.

· Estimated County reimbursement $2.2 Million

· Easements have been mailed. 

 
Benefit District Assessments

All Benefit District will be assessed based upon total eligible costs of the project, divided by the total square foot of property in the benefit district.

For RC12-013 the Square Foot Cost was appx $0.25.   For Example a 60 x 100 lot would be $1500.  (6000 sq ft x .25). Property owners were offered the option of paying a portion or all of this assessment up front or having it assessed over 15 annual installments, plus interest, on their Johnson County Property Tax Bill.
